These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by JUNK JET or its nominee to its customers (“you”, “your”).
By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
JUNK JET provides waste removal, house clearance, builders’ waste, garden clearance, skip hire, and same-day rubbish collection using caged vans and HIAB lorries or providing skips.
All services are subject to availability and access conditions.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotes are based on the information you provide (e.g. photos, descriptions, access).
Prices are subject to change if the load size, weight, or type of waste differs from your initial description.
We reserve the right to charge for additional time/waiting time or disposal fees for extra waste.
VAT (if applicable) will be clearly stated on invoices.
3. Booking & Payment
Bookings can be made via phone, email, or online.
Payment is due on arrival and before completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Non-payment may result in legal action or additional collection costs.
4. Cancellations - Payments and Refunds
When you make a booking with JUNK JET, we may require a deposit or full payment in advance to secure your collection date. This payment is treated as a non-refundable booking fee covering the administrative, scheduling, and operational costs of arranging your service. Once a booking has been confirmed and a payment or deposit has been received, no refunds will be issued, including in cases where the customer cancels or is unable to proceed with the service. The balance (if applicable) must be paid in full prior to waste collection, when our driver or operative attends the property. By providing payment or a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and waive any right to claim a refund or dispute charges once the booking is confirmed.
JUNK JET reserves the right to cancel or postpone services due to Driver's driving time restrictions, vehicle breakdowns, unsafe conditions, or extreme weather.
5. Waste Restrictions
We cannot remove:
Hazardous waste (e.g. asbestos, gas bottles, chemicals, medical waste)
Liquids, oils, or paint tins containing wet paint
Pressurised containers or flammable items
We reserve the right to refuse collection of any material deemed unsafe, illegal, or outside our licence conditions.
6. Access & Loading
You must ensure safe and reasonable access for our vehicles and staff.
Any additional costs or delays caused by restricted access, parking issues, or unprepared waste may be chargeable.
7. Liability
We take great care when operating on your property, but we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to property, fixtures, or driveways
Indirect or consequential loss arising from delays or service failure
Damage resulting from unfit or unsafe site conditions
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.
8. Insurance & Licensing
JUNK JET holds:
Full public liability insurance
A valid Environment Agency Waste Carrier Licence

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
